Hoe jouw lichaam meten ?
Bovenwijdte

Meet onder je oksels op borsthoogte, waarbij je de armen ontspannen langs je lichaam laat hangen. Geen rekening houden met het volume van de borsten.

Taille

Je taille meet je boven de navel, let op dat je de lintmeter niet te strak trekt, houd een vinger tussen je lichaam en de lintmeter.

Buik

Je buik meet je met de lintmeter op de navel. Meet dit terwijl je uitademt. Span de lintmeter niet te veel aan en zorg ervoor dat hij evenwijdig is met de grond.

Heupen

Je heupen meet je over het breedste gedeelte van je billen. Doe dit ook met een vinger ertussen, net als bij de taille.

Dij

Meet dit op het breedste deel van het bovenbeen, op het hoogste deel van de binnenzijde van het been.

Knie

Iets boven je knie.

Kuit

Je meet op het dikste gedeelte van de kuit (halverwege het onderbeen).

Arm

Meet deze halverwege de bovenarm, waarbij je de armen ontspannen langs je lichaam laat hangen.
